Codelocks to unveil its most versatile and functional KitLock locker lock

At this year’s Leisure Industry Week (LIW), Codelocks will be demonstrating the latest addition to its range of keyless electronic locker locks – the KitLock KL1500. Visitors to stand number L266 will see how much more convenient it is to replace standard cam locks with this versatile and functional lock.

Gym, spa and leisure centre managers frequently tell us that they spend far too much time and money managing locker keys. Using a code on a keypad rather than a key to gain access is much more convenient for everybody. Clients can simply enter a code, ‘lock and go’; free to enjoy the fitness session without the need to carry keys or use coins or tokens. If a client forgets his or her code, employees can gain access to a locked locker using a technician code. This process is far easier than having to break open the locker and get the lock and key replaced, and will prevent clients from ‘claiming’ lockers as their own.

At this year’s show we’ll be demonstrating our new KitLock KL1500. This sleek-looking lock can be fitted in any orientation due to its patented keypad design. It boasts a ‘real time' clock that can be programmed to automatically open after a set period of time, which is great if you are limited to the number of lockers you can fit in your changing rooms. For extra convenience, the keypad can also be replaced with an iButton for use with existing wristbands.

The new KitLock KL1500 can be seen at Leisure Industry Week on stand number L266.

About KitLock

KitLock is a stylish alternative to traditional key cam locks that uses a four-digit code rather than a key to secure lockers and cabinets in gyms, leisure centres, schools and hospitals. In locker mode, the code will lock and open the locker or cabinet once only and then be erased. The lock will remain open until the next user resets it. A red LED light will flash to show the locker is in use. If a user forgets the code, it can be unlocked using a master code. KitLock is available in any standard RAL colour and there are two products in the KitLock range.  For more information visit: http://www.kitlock.com/

KitLock is a Codelocks Ltd brand.
